
Resources for Seniors in Osceola County
The Osceola Council on Aging provides access to services and support for elderly and disabled residents of Osceola County. Services provided include Adult Day Care, Case Management Services, and In‐Home Services.
Adult Day Health Center
The Osceola Council on Aging’s Adult Day Health Center provides supervised activities and nutritional lunches in a healthy, social atmosphere for seniors with special needs. The center provides care to disabled adults and frail, elderly clients who need a safe, protective environment because of illnesses such as stroke, Alzheimer or Parkinson Disease. Nursing and physical therapy services are also available. Call (407) 483‐1494 for further information and to get your loved one pre‐registered or on a waiting list as soon as possible.
The Adult Day Health Center Hours of operation: Mon‐Friday from 7:00am to 5:30pm
Case Management Services for Elderly and Disabled Clients
Osceola Council on Aging provides Case Management to seniors and disabled adults who need support and may be at risk of nursing home placement, helping with the identification, coordination and monitoring of services that enable clients to remain at home instead.

In‐Home Services
The Council on Aging In‐Home program provides the following services:
• Respite Care
• Companion (Non‐Medical supervision and socialization)
• Personal Care (including bath care, shampoos, shaves for men, dressing, feeding, ambulating,
etc.)
• Light housekeeping and home management services such as laundry, grocery shopping, errands
and cooking.
• Home Delivered and Frozen meals
• Transportation
The Council on Aging’s employees are fluent in English, Creole, and Spanish.
